Adrian Yanez & Dustin Jacoby ITD parlay (+2.38 units)
Adrian Yanez performed as expected finishing Rodriguez in the middle of round 1. He’s a blue chip prospect in the bantamweight division. Dustin Jacoby proved to be too much for the fast fading Justin Ledet. He’s going to be a tough out for fighters who choose to keep the fight standing against him.
Uriah Hall ITD (+0.75 units)
Uriah Hall was able to get the job done and finish Anderson Silva in round 4. It was far from easy however with Silva starting strong and banking a couple of rounds. Hall was too tentative and needs to let his hands go sooner in future fights.
Jason Witt ITD (+1.87 units)
We had a feeling this fight was going to have a finish one way or another. Luckily for us we were on the right side with Witt. He dominated for the duration of the fight and was able to get the submission in round 2.
Losing bets
Sean Strickland ITD (0.5 units)
We were hoping that the fight would make it to the ground where Strickland would be the superior grappler. Unfortunately for us the fight played out on the feet where Strickland dominated but couldn’t get the finish over a game Marshman.
UFC Fight Night: Santos vs Texeira (PLAYS)
Gustavo Lopez over Anthony Birchak -135 (1 unit) & ITD +180 (0.5 units) Bet was placed on 11/7/20.
Gustavo Lopez stepped in on short notice in his UFC debut against Merab Dvalishvili. And as expected he was mauled like Merab tends to do against his opponents. Aside from that however, Lopez is a talented fighter with a lot of finishes on his record.
Anthony Birchak is making his return to the UFC after 4 years. He went to Rizin where he was 0-3 and has since won his last 3 fights on the regional scene. We feel Lopez is the better fighter at this stage of their careers and is a much better fighter than what Birchak has faced in his recent fights.
Eduardo Garagorri over Darren Elkins +230 (1 unit) & ITD +375 (0.5 units) Bet was placed on 11/7/20.
Eduardo Garagorri is 1-1 in the UFC and to be honest is an average fighter at best. The bets here are more about fading Elkins than anything else. He’s 14-8 in the UFC and has taken tons of damage over the years. Elkins has lost his last 4 fights and his most recent one is most concerning. He lost his last fight to Nate Landwehr and he’s not very good in our opinion. There’s a decent chance that Elkins has fallen off a cliff and just doesn’t have it any more.
Ramiz Brahimaj over Max Griffin +110 (1 unit) & ITD +280 (0.5 units) Bet was placed on 11/7/20.
Ramiz Brajimaj is making his UFC debut and has a 100% finish rate. He aggressively pursues submissions and will do the same against Griffin. It’s unknown how good Brahimaj is but he is an improving fighter and he fights out of a world class fight camp.
Max Griffin is a tough veteran who’s never been subbed. He has a lot of close losses on his record but not many good wins. We’ll take the newcomer Brahimaj to get the victory here with a chance to do it inside the distance.
Tanner Boser over Andrei Arlovski ITD +145 (0.5 units) Bet was placed on 11/7/20.
Andrei Arlovski has been fighting professionally for over 21 years so he has tons of experience. He’s seen it all in the octagon and has been competitive in most of his recent fights. Arlovski has also been surprisingly durable over the last 3 years.
Tanner Boser is starting to come into his own recently. He’s coming off a couple of impressive stoppages in his last 2 fights. A common denominator in his recent success is his body transformation. He’s been much leaner in his last 2 fights and coincidentally has performed excellent. Boser is coming into this fight lean again and will ultimately be too fast for Arlovski. If he can continue to display the recent surge in power, he can finish Arlovski too.
