UFC Fight Night: Kattar vs Emmett (RESULTS)

Losing Bets
Tony Kelley by decision (-1 unit)
On a night of bad bets let’s start off with the worst one. We felt Kelley was durable and had a chance to outpoint Yanez but that simply wasn’t the case. Yanez fought inspired and took the fight straight to Kelley and he wilted. Plain and simple we threw our money away with this bet.
Guram Kutateladze (-1 unit)
Unfortunately this was another close fight that we ended up being on the wrong side of. We knew going into the fight that it most likely would be a close one that went to a decision. That’s the risk you take betting a fight that you expect to be close. Those particular judges didn’t see it for Kutateladze like others might have.
Kyle Daukaus / Kevin Holland / Calvin Kattar parlay (-1 unit)
This was another bad bet that never had a chance. Daukaus was surprisingly finished in round 1. That was probably the most shocking result of the whole card. Holland ended up doing what was expected by finishing a fast fading Tim Means.
Even had Daukaus won the parlay still would’ve lost because Kattar was on the wrong side of the decision in his fight. The judge who scored round 4 for Emmett literally robbed Kattar of a victory. It didn’t matter for our bet but it sure did for Kattar himself and all of his backers.
UFC Fight Night: Tsarukyan vs Gamrot (PLAYS)
Umar Nurmagomedov ITD over Nate Maness -125 (***10 UNIT SUPER MAX BET***) Bet was placed on 6/24/22.
The odds say this fight should be a total mismatch and that’s what we expect as well. Maness has a nice record but has a recent history of getting hurt then coming back to win. He was able to get away with it against lower end competition. This time he’s fighting a can’t miss, blue chip prospect. Nurmagomedov is one of the top 3 prospects in all of the UFC.
Nurmagomedov has Maness covered everywhere and his speed should be too much for him to handle. We expect Nurmagomedov to go right after Maness and finish him like a -1200 favorite should. We were fortunate to get a line that was off by around 60 cents so we hit it hard.
