YouTube sensation Logan Paul recently appealed his split-decision loss to fellow social media star KSI following their six-round celebrity boxing match last month inside Staples Center in Los Angeles, Calif. (highlights here).

The decision stands.

“My appeal got denied. I can’t say I did not see this coming,” Paul said (transcribed by Cole Shelton). “For those of you that do not know, I appealed the two points the ref took away from me in my boxing fight against KSI. Which was the reason I lost. So, KSI has officially without question or doubt won the fight against me. It is not great. You know, if I’m being honest, it stings. I hate to lose. It mostly stings though, because I shot myself in the foot. I quite literally only lost because of my actions.”

Paul was docked two points in the fourth round after scoring a knockdown for making illegal contact as KSI hit the canvas. Had the blonde bomber only lost one point for the controversial infraction, the adjusted scorecards would have altered the final outcome.
