Another booking against Ricardo Lamas, another fight cancellation for Ryan Hall.

MMA Fighting confirmed with sources that an injury has forced Hall to withdraw from his scheduled featherweight bout with Lamas that was to take place at a UFC Fight Night event on Aug. 29 at UFC APEX in Las Vegas. The news was first reported by MMA Junkie.

This is the second time that Lamas and Hall were booked to fight and the second time the fight has been called off. A May 2 meeting between the two was cancelled in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

Hall was looking to continue his unbeaten UFC run after earning a unanimous decision win over Darren Elkins in his most recent outing in July 2019.

Lamas (19-8) has lost three of his last four. In his previous fight, he fell by first-round TKO to Calvin Kattar. A replacement opponent for Lamas has yet to be found.
