Former UFC middleweight Chris Leben retired from combat sports following his epic knockout victory over Quentin Henry at the “KnuckleMania” pay-per-view (PPV) event last weekend in Lakeland, Florida, a fitting end for the hard-hitting “Crippler.”

“It was a beautiful way for me to cap my career,” Leben said at the post-fight press conference. “A long time in combat sports. It’s bittersweet but being a part of this organization, finishing my career with a bare-knuckle knockout, there’s nothing else I could add to it.”
Leben, who turns 41 in July, originally retired from UFC back in late 2013 in the wake of four straight losses. “The Crippler” resurfaced in summer 2018 to announce his debut in bareknuckle boxing where he would compile a 3-1 record with three knockouts.
Though it sounds like Leben hasn’t completely closed the door on competing.
